I had a 3 course meal in Aviemore that had Haggis in every course, it was AMAZING.
I think Haggis only gets a bad rep outside Scotland… from people who have never actually given it a chance by deciding they hated it before they even tried it.
To be fair, people here would feel the same about Escargo or other regional dishes we have never given a chance.
